Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? No problem — you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.

Because our pieces are made from delicate, handcrafted materials, we keep our return window to two weeks so every item can be inspected and restocked in perfect condition.

How it works

1. Email us at info@narghes.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and your email receipt so we can find your order quickly.
2. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item(s) back to us in their original condition.

What we can accept

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

• Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We’re happy to exchange for a different size or color within the 14-day window — just tell us what you’d like in your email.
• We’ll ship your exchange as soon as your return arrives.
